Founded in 2018, Operation Earnie's Plate (OEP) Inc is a non-profit organization  committed to empowering and engaging homeless individuals in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. OEP has helped over 500,000 families since incorporated.

Due to Covid-19; we have changed how we support community members. We continue to be safe by following the CDC (Centers for Disease Control). We invite you to join us as a volunteer at one of our pick-up or drive up food distributions. Dates will be determined and posted to our calendar.
